Retail Business Unit
Manage all technical and administrative postal operations within the region by investing resources and group assets to achieve the strategic goals of the EMP to ensure high quality service to customers according to the quality standards of service.
International Business Unit
Responsible for all EMP (Emirates Marketing and Promotions) International Operations. Through partnerships and relationships with select stakeholders.
The strategic objective is to make the UAE & ME countries accessible to International E-commerce and Parcel companies utilising Dubai Airport as a regional & Global hub.
Expanding EMP (Emirates Marketing and Promotions) International footprint into key countries to become a niche global player.
Oversees financial planning and management activities, including budgeting and performance management, financial Accounting, cash settlement and accounts payables, forecasting, reporting, and compliance regulations, and contributes to profit-building for the EMP company.
Develop and implement operation parameters of working units using IT systems, providing the infrastructure for automation, installation, and maintenance of computer network systems within EMP (Emirates Marketing and Promotions), and meeting compliance requirements by providing customers, and employees with timely and high quality of services.
Support Services Units
Providing a broad range of operational business support services to other business units interested in HR, Health, Safety, and Security, Facilities Management and procurement to facilitate other business’s primary activity, including, hire new staff and performance evaluation, purchase orders, safety, and Security operations, Process and policy formulation, and other transaction processing.
